If you haven’t created a short video for your patients yet, you should. This video was very well done with perfect lighting and audio but even if you only use your iPhone, just speak from your heart and you can knock one out in the first take! Your patients look to you for guidance, assurance, and help. They trust you and a few words from you will go a long way to assure them everything will be OK.
Once you have the video, post it to your practice website, your blog if you have one, social media, and even send it in an email.
